I agree completely.

This point got driven home to me the other day on my holy Paladin. My guild did a quick Kara run and we had a few bad wipes on Prince, but no one flew off the handle or laid blame and we went on to kill him. Later that night I did a PuG SSC and the healers got no end of crap despite the DPS' clear inability to watch their agro causing more wipes than any messed-up healing rotation. Guess which raid was more fun? :P
