They have already stated that Inscription will be making items, rather than having them stand around in Orgrimmar and shout out what they can make. In fact, they've stated that they will want to change Enchanting to the same model, except for the very best enchants.

This might still change of course, but I don't see why it would, there is no real benefit forcing people to *not* use the auction house.
