Wow i am a little surprised about ppl liking the rating requirements....I dont think that having to win should be part of the game... Grinding has been a huge part of this game since lvl 1 and people who put their time in should not be punsihed for it.. PVE raiders dont need to be "good" at the raids.. they can wipe 100 times in there.. as long as they keep doing it.. and down the bosses.. they will get their drop..PVPers should not be punished for playing with their new 70 friends.. they shouldnt be punsihed for playing with classes who dont perfectly match theirs to produce a winning combination... if a holy pally has best friend who is a holy pally and they want to play 2's together but never can win.. they shouldnt be punished for this fact...they are already punished by not getting the arena points that a successful team would.. an arbitrary rating number for almost all of the pieces of armor is generall not fair..Having the weapon and shoulders as a reward for the best of the best is fine.. and great, they deserve somehting... but making almost all the gear work the same way is not really fair to the people who are just enjoying the game...playing should be rewarded with gear.... the standard should not be winning is rewarded with gear...

PVE raiders dont need to be "good" at the raids.. they can wipe 100 times in there.. as long as they keep doing it.. and down the bosses.. they will get their drop..The key words there are "and down the bosses." Sorry but if raiders go in there with groups that are terrible for the boss were doing, and we dont have what we need, we dont down the boss, thus no loot. It amazes me that people seem to think that for NOT beating the other teams, they should get the best of the gear out there. If you can only get high enough to get s2 gear during s4 then thats what you earned. Want to get s3/s4, find the right group, improve the necessary skills and work your way up. The new system for arena gear, is fair, and is the way it should have always been. I do however agree that ratings shouldnt be needed for stuff you get with honor. thats just foolishness.
