I've read this article with interest. Guild recruitment is often a headache, however the particular problem we have found, like Shadowembrace is retaining our new recruits. They don't seem to want to put the effort in. I can only assume that they expect to join a raid and steam roll through it, even when it's new content for us. One of the things that I've found enjoyable in WoTLK is not necessarily having the "perfect" raiding set-up and still doing a bang up job. I believe my guild members enjoy the extra challenge to. And to pimp my guild - Teknica on Thunderhorn EU, we are recruiting! :)
