"Creature versions of the Polymorph spell no longer heal the affected target."
Uhh...say what?
Can I get a clarification on that one?

If a mob or enemy NPC casts Polymorph on you, you longer get healed by it. So no more last-second saves when Talon King Ikiss polymorphs your lowest-HP party mate. It doesn't affect anything a player can do to you.

What I take from it is this:
There are some mobs in game that sheep you, in particular in raid instances. When you're sheeped, you regenerate health. This will no longer happen.
However, if a mage sheeps a target, that target will still regenerate health.
Not sure why they've made this change. I know that I've been healed several times like this as a tank though. It'll be interesting to see what, if anything, this does overall.

I assume, this is just an assumption, that this is so if people let Aran sheep the raid, it's the equivalent now to an enrage timer, as the aoe Pyro will kill people. Most groups can kill him before his mana gets that low, though, so I don't forsee this being much of an issue.

Yeah, I kind thought that's gonna be a pretyt big slap in the face to people when they get to Shade and realise they don't get healed from the sheep anymore. People are gonna get very angry over that if it's true.
I can't wait, it'll be good for a laugh.

Yes, it would seem to be a form of a soft enrage timer. Guilds past Kara won't have a problem with this, but guilds still clearing Kara for main spec gear are going to have a whole new challenge.
I suspect I'll be forming a PTR Kara group in the next day or so to test this out...

Its a great deal to Sneak-Running Ikiss heroic with two Druids. The Healer doesn't need to heal himself, that is done by being sheeped atm.

This is actually going tobe a problem with AVs, the general rule is don't interrupt Bal's poly, interrupt damage attacks instead, because poly usually hits a DPS, and free health in a PvP encounter was always a bonus. That's the unspoken rule on Shadowburn horde, anyways.

This is also going to make it almost impossible to kite some mobs.
Remember that video from a few days back where a couple of guys kited Hogger to Undercity? That was only possible because they would sometimes sheep Hogger to heal him.

No, you're misunderstanding. It's one sided. When NPCs sheep YOU then YOU will NOT get healed. But when YOU sheep NPCS they WILL get healed.
