Ah, looks like I misread my sources. It appears that the flight form trinket will stay, with the added bonus of mana reduction for the shapeshift. Editing.

That's the problem I have with the Zhevra being a mount. The data calls it a Zebra, yet the actual name for it in-game is Zhevra. So I doubt we'll see it in live anytime soon, but if you want to look around endlessly for the mount vendor, be my guest.
