The most likely solution is "Summon Charger" becomes an item. Either that or we get an advance screening of Inscription as the Carrot on a Stick/Riding Crop will suddenly enchant spells as well as items. And only paladin/warlock spells. It would be ever-so-slightly OP if it worked for Druid forms as well. I mean Travel Form sure, but not cat form please.
