I finally figured out what "Officers don't do officers like u did" reminds me of.

A Clockwork Orange.

There's that moment in the milk bar where Alex whaps Dim across the legs, and Dim's response was"

"I don't like you should do what you've done".

So, drama queen who did the Officers quote -- an idiot, or an idiot savant?
