growl changes dont affect class balance one single bit.its a pure pve abillity.its sad that blizzard realized boars (lvl 60 max) where getting popular for soloing, and ruined them. i guess its tradition tho... basically making sure that the dps pets - ravager, windserpent, cat, are the only choices now, removing boars.less variation is the result, again. contrary to what should be happening.

Whether or not the scaling changed, pet agro generation seems horrible to me. My hunter is kara/badge geared, and I constantly pull agro off my pet.My pet seems to do about 640-720 threat per growl. So if i wait for 2 growls that is 10 seconds, and assume the pet attacks thru that time, that comes up to about 2000 threat. My attackpower is about 1970 with hawk on. A single auto-shot can crit for over 2000. So within 2-4 shots I am pulling agro off my pet and that is after waiting 10 seconds for it to establish agro.Pets growl should scale higher than currently and really should be based on some combination of agi/crit/ap so that all 3 specs scale close to the same.

But isn't the point that everyone QQ's over class differences? I mean what is the point in playing when you have another class/pet that can do something better then you?We should all have Totem bearing, every weapon swinging Druids, wearing plate with banish and enslave abilities that can use one of the uni-sex pets then everything will be equal all around and then we all have to play for skill.
