Thanks... the way I see it, I don't make the news, I just report it. If it is, in fact, win trading (which is likely) at least it's epic win trading. And whether or not it's fair, it's a fact of life. Blizz has made some attempts to combat cheating in the arena, but people will always find a way to manipulate mechanics. If Blizz is doing nothing about it, then we have to assume it's working as intended, thus it truly is an accomplishment.
Similar to Athene, you can love him, or you can hate him, but for what he does he's the best at it. In this case I'm willing to report what is... and that is a 3,000 rating, which to my knowledge has never been done before.
I love the arena, but would never participate in win trading. I do it for fun and camaraderie. I've found that we come to the game for many reasons and we have many different goals. It seems we always look down at folks who have different goals than us. For example I can't fathom how anyone actually enjoys raiding, my experience with raids have largely been negative(Not the mechanics themselves, mostly the horrible things that come over Ventrilo). But if raiding is your game, play it! If doing whatever it takes to top the arena charts is your thing, go for it.
I never let the haters get to me. Everyone is free to express their opinions. I love that the comments always expand upon the posts, and it's a great opportunity to learn new facts and strategies. I'm happy to get folks talking about just about anything. Maybe there's something about graduate school that makes you humble in the face of criticism. At any rate thank you all for your comments!
