Judgement of Justice in PvP also prevents an opponent from moving at speeds faster than normal running speed. So it's good for using on flag carrying druids and anyone on a mount. You just judge Justice on them and run behind them refreshing it. Even if you're holy, it gives your teammates a chance to catch up and beat on them... Or slows them down near some archers. And it's REALLY fun when that rogue who jumped you and burned vanish to maintain a stunlock realizes that the paladin with the healing hammer is actually prot and tries to run away.
