I bind almost everything to a key. The only things I click are abilities that I only use out of combat like lockpicking. I use the keys 1-7 for shift1 - shift7 and alt1 - alt 7. I also bind some actions to my mouse buttons. I find it much easier to play this way then having to find a button to click on.
