World of WarCrafts: Basket of flowers
Mother's Day is just around the corner, and though your mom (or wife) may not know anything about a Badge of Justice or Super Potions, she will most likely appreciate a Basket of Flowers. This project is super easy and would be a great way to get the kids involved in making a special gift for mom.
Here is what you will need:
- Flower Bushes (a variety of artificial flowers should do)
- Basket
- Dry Styrofoam (preferably green)
- Spanish Moss
- Scissors (or cutting pliers)
- Ribbon (or a pre-made bow)

Okay, I give up. What does a basket of flowers have to do with WOW?

It's an item from the valentine's day quests that the author has recreated IRL for mother's day. While, I think it's a bit to lulzMichael's, w/e. Some people like crafts.

Shelbi, I love your World of Warcrafts column. I haven't tried any of them out for myself (though I'm thinking about giving the potions a try), I'm sure that coming up with a weekly craft is no easy feat. Especially when you have a regular job and kids to take care of...so kudos. Looking forward to more.

In the States, it's typically the second Sunday in May. This year that would make it 11 May 2008. I think. According to Wikipedia, in Britain and Ireland it's the fourth Sunday of Lent, which also makes it three weeks before Easter. So assuming that you didn't forget you should be safe!
