Many times we find ourselves too busy as rush through dungeons and raids to truly appreciate the creativity that goes into them. I get a kick out of the amusing, over dramatic, and downright egotistical things that bosses say when facing their demise. Balthazaar of Etrigg began a thread in the official forums on favorite boss quotes.
The original poster mentioned that simply the word, "Die," as articulated by Gruul [in Gruul's Lair] as being a chilling statement. Nobor of Kel'Thuzad added "Anything Prince Malchezaar [in Karazhan] says. Because he's got the smoothest, sexiest voice in the game." There were several other notables.

Millhouse Manastorm in Arcatraz must have the best set of lines I've seen in the game. A selection of which include:

I LOVE the sound that Romulo makes when you hurt him. At first he sounds all manly talking about "have at thee" and going all Shakespere, then he squeels like a little girl when you get in a good shot. Makes me laugh every time.

I'm a big fan of Magister's Terrace's Delrissa. She says some fun things when her team is winning.
"I could have sworn there were more of you before."
And when she's killed all but one of you: "One really is the loneliest number."
Almost makes me want to lose the fight to hear it.

Definitely Jan Alai with him sounding like Arnold. But what I really like is when soloing the SM Armory and sending my kitty or pig in on Herod and he says "Ah, I have been waiting for a real challenge." I didn't know my pet could be so threatening. Also when he says "Blades of Light!" it makes me thing of the old nintendo game Blades of Steel.

Oh yeah, Delrissa in MGT is great. I particularly like "It's been a kick...really." When she wipes you. Which seems to happen to often for my taste >_>
I also love Moroes' voice. I keep expecting him to break into a rendition of "Monster Mash"

Hands down, the best dialogue is from the two headed ogre in Shattered Halls, Warchief O'mrogg, not just because of what he (they?) says, but because of the great voice acting.

My absolute fav is from SM Lib, "You will not defile these mysteries. I dont know, it just sounds cool.
And I dont know if it counts but after you kill Kael in TK, that whole yelling into shatt (well into your mind, but still) where he calls the Naaru monkeys...priceless.
