Many times we find ourselves too busy as rush through dungeons and raids to truly appreciate the creativity that goes into them. I get a kick out of the amusing, over dramatic, and downright egotistical things that bosses say when facing their demise. Balthazaar of Etrigg began a thread in the official forums on favorite boss quotes.
The original poster mentioned that simply the word, "Die," as articulated by Gruul [in Gruul's Lair] as being a chilling statement. Nobor of Kel'Thuzad added "Anything Prince Malchezaar [in Karazhan] says. Because he's got the smoothest, sexiest voice in the game." There were several other notables.

Watchkeeper Gargolmar, "Back off, Pup!" and "Heal me, QUCIKLY!" stand out to me. Like many have noted, not so much for what he says, but the voice. Although, I must admit, I do tell random people in line at the bank, "Back off PUP!" and it seems to work well. :) hehe.

I really like "Who disturbs this sanctuary?" from Warp Splinter, but I believe that is mostly because of his voice. His voice is absolutely SO well suited for who he is supposed to be. He sounds so worldly and ancient. His quotes show that, despite him being corrupted, he still has a conscience or some greater sense than what was imposed upon him. All other bosses are simply, "I'm going to kill you", or something to that effect.

Has to be Blackheart's quote for me... I am probably the only person in my guild who enjoys this fight, because as a rogue I pop my cooldowns early, have no mana to burn. Plus if the squishies in my instance group have to suffer it gives me no small pleasure to be the one doing it. /evil chuckle

My absolute favorite has to be Shade of Aran. The voice actor has so perfectly captured the trauma and insanity, you can hear the paranoia and delusion exploding from every syllable.

I agree that Arcatraz really does have some of the best boss dialog in the game, from the bickering demon couple to our favorite "lowly gnome" Millhouse.
Lately my guild has been repeatedly throwing itself at Archimonde, and every time we engage him and he says "Your resistance...is insignificant" I can't help but think of the Borg on Star Trek. Because yes, I am that much of a dork.
