WoW Insider arena action tonight!
Grab your sword and fight us Horde! The WoW Insider Arena Team will be returning to action tonight at 10 p.m. CDT until 12:00 a.m. (Why at this time? As I've been saying in my previous posts, we have to wait until Battlestar Galactica is over!) We'll be on Arena Tournament Server 1 facing off against the best that Azeroth has to offer. We're going to win a couple and lose a couple matches, and the best part of that will be if they're against you!
You can read about our past trials and tribulations, and see how we're all improving our arena game. It has definitely been an interesting time learning to work together and discovering each other's play styles. Even though we haven't had the year or so of time to become comfortable with each other in group play, we're doing okay.
So if you're not up to much tonight, hop on over and queue up for a 3v3 match. You might just get to face off against us!

I would like to watch some arena matches from the pov of a spectator in the stands. A virtual romanesque gladiator ring of death and destruction. Is this totally impossible or do you think Bliz could implement an arena seating to watch the fast paced action? I love pvp, but sometimes just want to watch the 'best of the best' beat each outher bloody and yell and scream at them while making a stabbing motion with my hooves for the opposition to just die. Is that too much to ask...I'll even pay a ticket price to get good seats near a politician/leader. Or even start a betting raquet for some monetary rewards for choosing the winning team.

Blizzard is definitely working on making Arena matches more spectator-friendly. eSports Manager Joong Kim alludes to this briefly in the GameSpy interview. You can read the interview here:

I don't want to be mean, but why should we care about the staff of WoW Insider playing arenas? I don't mind that you guys mentioned that you do arenas, but you bring it up all the time. The self-love you guys seem to have is kind of perplexing. You aren't celebrities.
I might be wrong, but I think most people read this site because they like WoW not because they want to know what this team of bloggers is up to. I read WoW Insider because some of the posts here contain quality news reporting on WoW, and there are occasionally insightful articles. Good work like that is very much appreciated.
Please keep in mind that your audience likes WoW, and not you in particular. That's not to say that we don't like you (at least I personally don't have anything against you). It's just that we don't know you. Maybe there should be a self-love tag that can be applied to vanity posts so that we can filter them out?
I really hope you guys (this isn't directed at Adam exclusively) will take this as constructive criticism rather than an outright flame. On the whole I enjoy this site quite a lot.
