I'm the MT warrior for a guild that was progressing through T5 until had a big exodus a couple of months ago and now we're trying to get a decent T4 team back together so we can get back into the T5...We hit Magtheridon's Lair yesterday and ended up with FOUR pallies in the group - 2 prot, 1 ret and 1 holy. It was great; we were running out of ideas for blessings! :DI ended up with light, sanc, kings and might. All of those are great things for a tank to have in terms of threat output and surviving, but I have to wonder what you'd do for the other roles with all 4 available. Wisdom, Salv and Kings are no-brainers for caster DPS, for example, but what do you get paladin 4 to do?And should a tankadin have the same four as me, or would they be better off replacing one of those with wisdom for better threat-production longevity?

For the prot pali, take your might and make it a wisdom. Otherwise it's the same.

The fourth blessing for a caster DPS should probably be light incase they need to be spot healed by a paladin. The fifth (fourth if paladins wont be healing) blessing for casters would be sanctuary. The 80 damage reduction applies to ALL damage not just physical, so it helps with all incoming damage to the party. You asked about casters, but blessing of sanctuary is always good to apply for any class if all other decent pally blessings are applied. Any reduction in raid damage helps.
