"As for the namby pamby healer comment... get a life or grow up. Healers make raids possible and this idea that you are some limp wrist if you heal is stupid, and perpetuates stupid ideologies that keep people from healing."Pfft. I heal and I like it. It's still namby pamby. We're wearing plate, for the love of Uther. And when we spec Holy/healing, the melee aspect of the class goes to waste. Seals go to waste (if we don't have a Retribution Pally with us).I never said healing is stupid. Get your facts straight. But healing as a Paladin is counter-intuitive. You're a melee class in plate and you ignore all that when you start healing. Sure, it helps when you get hit, but the point is that Blizzard could've made it so that Paladins worked on a different healing mechanic that relied on Seals and Paladins being in combat. I'm not even referring to DPS here. It's just a design opportunity gone to waste. You like healing? Great. I like healing, too. You enjoy being in the back of the raid wearing all that heavy armor and badass shield? I don't. It doesn't make any sense. Healers are great. Healers make groups work. But a Paladin healer is still namby pamby.
