Seems to me copyright covers intellectual property, and if they aren't using Blizzards code, service marks or image, then it's moot- this in turn could be made a case for against add-ons by trying to mark a precedent- and the whole WoW community would rebel. Blizz is shooting themselves in the foot by chasing after the wrong thing. Blizz lawyers:Epic Fail.
