Is it really OK for Arthas to be 10-mannable?

The only way I see this as working perfectly in tune with lore is if you are fighting a very one-sided fight against The Lich King. Example - 10 people are about to engage in a hopeless fight against one of the greatest powers in the world... And then Arthas is afflicted by [Food Poisoning]!

Notrly, but I suspect that in the 10 man you will have assistance from either one of the Aspects or an army comprised of combined Horde and Alliance. In the 25 man, you ARE the army. No assistance, just you and TLK smashing each other to bits in the Icecrown Glacier. This way, the 10 man would fit into lore perfectly, seriously; who would expect Arthas to be taken down by a gang of people who are essentially murderous vagrants?
