The suspensions/bans/gear removal is not (so far) about selling points, only about win-trading.

So it is more like finding an exploit in a raid that allowed you to kill a boss over and over for epics than it is like buying your way into a raid with a high-end guild.

As far as I understand it, anyway. :)
