No reasonable person who has seen the arena stats could deny that this buff to scare beast was needed. By denying it, Blizzard has gone beyond incompetence. It's really starting to look like these decisions are guided by the developers preferences for the classes they play.

You're really don't get arena as a hunter if you think that buff would have helped you against resto druids.
