I run heroics with a couple of mates every day, most of the time. We usually have to PUG 1-2 DPS, assuming we get no guildies to come along.

50% of the time, when looking for a DPS, their first question is "Whats your HP?" [to tank] or "Whats your +heals?" [to healer]. Which means they don't get invited. Too bad for them.
