in case you are in defensive stance (ie. tanking)
1) simply use spell reflection, no weapon swaps

in case you are in battle / berserker stance:
1) (berserker only) swap to battle stance
2) equip 1H + shield
3) cast spell reflection & equip 2H

after all, you don't want to stick to your 1H+Shield for the rest of the fight ;)
