We run the same 10-14 people through once a week, so everyone knows the fights. Our mains have everything they need, so they're only in it for badges. So, we run our mains and select alts and change up the roles occasionally. It's not a problem at all to bring new people, as long as they aren't taking the tanking roles. Those seem to be the most important ones in Karazhan, for aggro management and speed. DPS and Healing, in general, swap out pretty smoothly, and we aren't slowed down to much(2-3 minutes at most) with explaining the boss fights. I like taking new people, especially those that never have been in there. There's almost always instant upgrades for them, and they get to see new content. Win/Win in my book.
