my guild on Kargath has KZ on ninja runs( currently in BT/Hyjal), but it's still a challenge doing NS and Prince with out tight execution- I tank a full blue first and third and if the tank wipes or healer dies by being sluggish on the black dot, it's still a wipe ( not to mention NS's 15k crits on clothies- ouch).
