One of the thing that bugs the hell out of me on the current system isn't necessarily the "maximizing rep" part (I actually don't mind min-maxing that a bit and did the Sporregar rep grinding on my prot pally while, at the same time, farming Primal Life and the Adamantite/Fel Iron nodes in Northeast Zangarmarsh). It's the "Oh, you're in SSC/The Eye/Magtheridon . . . you get no rep for any of your kills" part.

Lots of folks on my realm have already left the old dungeons behind so it's only rarely that I have the opportunity to get a group for Coilfang or TK heroics. Because of that, I am still sitting at Honored with CE and Revered with The Sha'tar and, even though I've been Exalted with the Aldor for months, it seems like I'll never be able to use any of those Marks of the Illidari that drop. I'm actually pretty lucky I was able to find a group this weekend to run Slave Pens so I could get "Orders from Lady Vashj". . . but it took me over a month to be able to find enough folks who actually wanted to run through that instance again. . . pretty frustrating.

Are the mobs less hated by CE since they're in SSC? Are the Blood Elves less bad in The Eye than they are in Bot/Arcatraz/Mech? Is Magtheridon (or his keepers) less of a threat than anyone else in Hellfire Citadel (who I CAN get rep off of)?
