World of WarCrafts: Runed copper rod
Everyone needs a good rod. This runed copper variation is the ideal candidate for the apprentice enchanter. Just be mindful of where you whip out your magic stick because everyone will want to get their hands on it.
Here is what you will need:
- Wood Dowel (1/2" x 12")
- Wood Dowel Cap (1 1/2" x 3/8" Hole)
- Metallic Craft Paint (I actually used a deep bronze)
- Fine Gold Glitter
- Brown Suede/Leather Cord
- Small Feathers (2 red, 2 green)
- Craft Glue (wood friendly)
- Scissors

But where are the runes?
Rihlsul May 22nd 2008 1:24PM
I think this was a rather goofy article, myself, but, to be fair:
Part of Step 8: "If you want to put a little extra effort into it, you can use a metallic paint pen to inscribe some runes around the ball."

Clarification: Goofy in this context has no implied negative over- or under-tones. Anytime you're making game objects into real objects, it's obviously all in fun. I'm still thinking about coaster designs from a month ago.

Sweet, thanks for turning me on to the coasters. I've got a vat of those beads sitting around. They last forever 'cause you get a big container for less than a dollar.

I can't wait for World of WarCrafts: Stormherald.
Can we get the mats list now so we can start collecting?

World of Warcrafts: because there isn't enough glitter in gaming.

LOL everyone needs a good rod! So dirty! "Just be mindful of where you whip out your magic stick because everyone will want to get their hands on it." That's really dirty as well!

Thank you Blake for reaffirming my faith in humanity. I was shocked to read 6 comments without someone pointing out the whole bit with Whipping Out Your Stick and People Getting Their Hands on It. Your comment was that refreshing dose of reality that we needed. Thank you.

Hmm, I already have enough women trying to get their hands on my magic stick, I don't need no metallica pen paint!

Yup found it: "Allows you to equip two-handed axes, maces and swords in one hand, but you attack 28/26/24/22/20% slower then normal." So I'm not sure if it you can run two of them, buuuut all this stuff isn't set in stone anyways yet

wtf, wrong aticle, don't mind my second post
