Yes, but no other class benefits from a massive amount of stat itemization going to Stamina in the same way that it benefits the Warlock.

I really don't think it matters. You bid/roll on it if you want to bid/roll on it. The article is only giving advice for who would get the most use out of it, not who can use it.

Don't worry, in both times we downed illidan and this zerg staff dropped, both staves went to our shadow priests. Seemed they were hoarding DKP for haste stuff.
