BigRedKitty: Leo the Blind Hunter-guide movie

The third boss you meet in Serpentshrine Cavern is Leotheras the Blind. Well, you could do Morogrim Tidewalker, but he seems to only drop caster-loot. Hunters don't care about that bubble-blowing doofus, so convince your guild to skip him, natch. Leo is where the Tier 5-gear loot flows!

Two comemnts:
#1) tell pet to stay back behind the pillar (not to far back)
when yo utell him to attack he come out and when you tell him to go passive he wil lgo back behind the pillar. Makes it alot easier and more effective way to keep your pet alive during WW.
Also during WW. You can still DPS. YOU where not dpsing alot in that fight. Yo ucannot do effecting dps during ww but you can do damage. Run in arcane shot turn around run away. Run in serphant sting turn aroudn run away.
#2) to clearify something for all hunters. Pet attacking your demon is ok. SNAKE TRAP IS BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD. Mr. Snake get last hit in you get MCED!!!! yes learn that one the hard way.
#3) You mention about using aspect of viper for mana. Using this aspect = less dps, cause of hawk and improve hawk. How to solve mana issue? Most raids have at least 2 pallys, Salv and wisdom. Get a Shadow priest in your group. There should always be one shadow priest in the hunter group. And superior mana oil on yar weapon or weapons. Then you should not go oom or only have to use 1-3 pots for fight.

Salv and Wisdom? You talk about maximizing DPS and you're telling him to go with 2 pally buffs that don't bring as much DPS as Kings and Might.
That fight you shouldn't run out of mana, it's too short of a fight. Pop a pot at 80%, fel mana pot if you have, and then continue to pot when the CD is up and you'll never have to switch to AotV or run out of mana and you'll do more damage with Kings and Might.
And shadow priests? Good luck getting one in a hunter group instead of a healer/caster group.
