WoW Moviewatch: How 2 Machinima, Episode 2

Episode 2 of How 2 Machinima focuses on how to realistically lip-sync your actors using images of their own mouths. According to this tutorial, you would need pictures of the mouth in various stages of opening and closing. Then you would study the sound chart, which Ian has linked to on How 2 Machinima. From there, it only gets more complicated, so you'll need to pay special attention to the video. I personally use CrazyTalk, by Reallusion, for all of my lip-syncing, but the choice is yours!

I know most people don't learn by starting out harder. But whenever I learn something new in 3d modeling, photoshop work, advertising etc. I always start out with hard tutorials.
Although it can be frustrating to learn so much at once. Your learning (generally) like 10 things at one time. Instead of one thing that doesnt' get you as interested.
Thank you for this link as my next interest is to make a machinima. Or something close to it :p

Unless I'm very much mistaken, the lip sync diagram was drawn by my old cartooning teacher, Ken Muse.
