I have to disagree on that.
"CoH" or AoE healing priests are still going to be the majority. Our multi-target heals are better, and we will have much better healing and mana use individually.
What I do see happening, is that instead of priests going 23/38 like they are now, you will have your first priest going deep disc for utitlity. Specifically, Rapture. That one ability makes going deep disc worth it. 2.5% back on all healing done by GH, FH, and Penance? Jesus. Plus you also get Pain Supression. Power Infusion and .5sec Mass Dispells, and Imp Spirit which are great PvE Abilties, Plus Healing utility in Divine Aegis (30% healed = shield on crits), and Grace (buff on heals that increases healing done). I see either a 51/20 or 53/18 spec for deep disc. (you gotta get improved healing, GHs cost far too much if not).
But again, those are Utility, The Multi-Target heal ability of holy priests will more than likely be more important. CoH, now that it hits all raid members, its just sick naaaasty, despite the 8sec cd.
Anyways, lets just say that whatever tree you decide to go, you will be wanted in raids. =D
P.S. Yay for Demonform!
