It should probably be made clear that the 15% attack speed increase of improved aspect of the hawk is a 10% proc, not a constant occurrence. On the other hand, Serpent's Swiftness, down near the end of the tree, does increase the speed of all ranged attacks by 20%.

And no matter what the statistics say, any longtime hunter will tell you that it only procs on the last shot that kills the guy — thereby pissing you off.
