Weapon Expertise, Combat Expertise, and Weapon Mastery, and all the Racial abilities do not affect Weapon Skill anymore. They instead either give Expertise, Crit Chance, or something entirely different instead.

Yeah, I wonder if Amanda did not use a recent source.

All talents that added to weapon skill now add to Expertise.

All racial bonuses that added to weapon skill now add critical hit chance.
