White Remedy Cape is also another crafted BoE option. http://www.wowhead.com/?item=24254+59 heal, 7 MP5. No stats, boo, but can put it on at 69. It's also much cheaper than the Manaweave.Nice write up. Maybe insert a rough estimate of +heal, regen, and stam to aim for? I realize those numbers have a ton of wiggle room but having totals makes choosing between two pieces for a given slot easier.

Estimates of stat levels will be contained in part two. Sit tight; that should be up in a few days. However, it occurs to me that I might as well tell you what I have there: +1400 heal, 400 spirit (fully buffed) are reasonable values to aim for IMO.

Actually, ~ 1400 +healing, 400 spirit, and approx 9000 mana pool fully buffed ARE the generally accepted recommendations for starting Kara =)However, there are also other alternatives for cloaks available:Cloak of Scintillating Auras - http://www.wowhead.com/?item=28373Vicar's Cloak - http://www.wowhead.com/?item=25810Neither of these have as much pure regen as the others, but Scintillating Auras does have some Stam on it as well, along with the same +healing and same INT of Feathers, and almost as much spirit as Manaweave. BUT, it does drop off the first boss of Arcatraz (duh duh duuuuuh), and doesn't have the spirit + mp/5 that feathers does. However, it IS the FIRST boss of arcatraz, therefore much easier to farm for =)The other cloak is a QUEST REWARD for horde in Thrallmar (alliance have a similar quest with http://www.wowhead.com/?item=25805 Mantle of Vivication as a reward). And so, as long as you can get a group to kill Kargath, this is a guaranteed thing.Just a couple of other options =)
