Wow... not a terrible idea. What, keep trinkets unique based on whatever you choose to bring in, but the rest is all based on your spec (or maybe you choose an "Arena Suit" before you go in). Same gear, enchants, gems, etc.

I dig this. Alot. No more complaining about gear. It's all about skill at that point, and the reward... you get to bring that insane gear into the Battleground, use it on your dailies, take it raiding or simply show off in town.

I love it.
