I'm still waiting and hoping for a WoW Classic Server with a level cap of 60. Call me old fashioned if you want but some of us never got to see Molten Core, BWL, or Naxx in its original glory and play it.

This will never happen.
You didn't miss anything great. Raids pre-BC were quite possibly the worst thing around. "original glory" is a pretty poor choice of terms, and I don't think very many people at all will agree with that sort of perspective. Horribly unbalanced fights with minimal rewards and 39 other people weren't fun. There's a reason only %10 of the game (at best) ever even got past BWL and AQ40. It was unreasonably hard, required endless amounts of consumeable farming and just wasn't fun for most people.
Really old school people will remember when you had to take a full run THROUGH BRD in order to start MC every night. This, while perhaps seeming "epic" for those of you who never did it, was quite possible the crappiest thing in the game ever. Then they added attunement and that was kinda nice and nobody had to run through the whole poorly designed BRD just to get to the only raid around.
There's nothing to be nostalgic about. I don't miss it at all.

I would also like a Classic server. BC has been fine, but arena and resilience and the outlands have been kind of 'meh' overall. Oh, and the Drenie space goats and blood elf porn stars kinda fail as well.
I hope Blizz does apply what they learned from BC to Wrath.

You never got to see them, but you also were spared the horror that was 40 man raiding.
It was epic, but dear god was it a pain in the ass to organize.

How exactly do draenei and blood elves "kinda fail"? Is it their good racial skills? Their well-designed, fluid, character models? What exactly?
Out of a sample size of 2.6 million level 70s:
Draenei are 7% of the population (13% of Alliance, 3rd behind Humans and Night Elves)
Blood Elves are 12% of the population (25% of Horde, 2nd behind Undead)

So clearly, others disagree. I can't help but think this is just a case of crying "Stop the different-ness! This is not what I'm used to!"

Your best bet is to get 40 interested and dedicated friends on a private server, and *keep* these friends interested and dedicated.
Otherwise, you can still do those raids. Try doing old-school Naxx or AQ40 with the minimum amount of people to make it challenging.
ZG was fun, even with 20 people. We were all 70 and wondered how hard Hakkar could possibly be if we didn't kill all the priests. He wiped us across the floor, and we never got him below 50%. (Mind you, I and others were not terribly well-geared at that time, either, but still.)
