Wow... I don't think I've ever seen "We don't know yet, we're still working on it" reiterated so many different ways in one document. Assuming this was recorded relatively recently, I doubt we'll see TBC this year at all - it sounds like NOTHING is done, and like dungeons and raids are barely even begun.

My guess is that nothing's set in stone yet and they don't want to stir up nerd rage when they go a different direction. Look how pissy people are getting over the alpha talents.
