I've experienced ppl doing the armory thing on me (for normal dungeons!) and i must say it's quite annoying since many times i can handle the instance perfectly well (and i know so out of first hand experience with many pugs on that character). I believe those judgemental attitudes are a large part of why many casual players have a harder time getting access to content like Kara or Heroics. They may may be hard - but let's face it. They're not THAT hard.
