I tank and I do inspect some people some of the time. Other than that, I strictly PUG my leveling warrior and have a lot of fun. I've never kicked a person for spec, gear, class, etc and I never will. I'll take the time to hold their hand a bit and teach them how cc works if they don't know and explain fights and, in general, just explain things if they look like they don't know. Now, people who don't listen are different and will be kicked. I'd rather take the time and teach someone some of the stuff I've learned than just dismiss them. Why do I have this approach? Simply so the next time I want to PUG there is one more competent player out there and one less "n00b" ... call me selfish if you want. And I've never seen an instance or situation where a little bit of thought could not overcome an obstacle.
