On necks, your goal is to convince Kara trash to drop http://www.wowhead.com/?item=30666 so don't get too attached to whatever you're wearing. :)

get spell strike set, run mgt till you have everything, congrats your ready for t5 content. im kinda upset that they made it SOOOO easy to replace the fsw set. i became a tailor just for it and now its beyond obsolete just from a 5- man. didnt see anyone else mention but the blue cloak from mgt is nearly as good as the one from prince. the gloves are as good or better than the ones off attumen. the dagger is awesome too. other than rep rewards theres really not much point in running any other 5 man.
