Blizz is bloating the game a bit, id prefer they polish some of the things that they did oh so sloppily in TBC rather than cram in some random new features that wont mean anything except be a new reputation grind without a reputation bar.
Blizz is also copying the whole building destruction thing for Lake Wintergrasp from DAoC/Warhammer, and the moment I read it all I could do was sigh, which is much the same feeling I get now.

Actually, hasn't Warcraft been doing building destruction, since, oh, I don't know... WARCRAFT? They're hardly ripping it off from anyone, except the RTS games that came before them. They've had their seige weapons and environment destruction on the backburner for a long time, same with hero classes. I'd guess they're adding them with Wrath because they were two of the most wanted "under construction" features that never actually made it into vanilla WoW.
And what unpolished things specifically? Blizzard doesn't tend to go back and rework actual game content unless it's broken, but they've already said that many of their experimental mechanics in BC (arena system, new honor system, badge system, heroic dungeons, 25-man raids, daily quests, etc.) were a learning experience, and now they'll be able to implement them better.
