the problem, if everyone knows about these tips, then no one will make money. As everyone will be doing the same thing.

I suppose so, but there are always variables. Some people can't play all the time, some people won't know about the tips, some who do won't care. Some will only take part of the advice.
For example, I like to grind mobs - I probably won't play the AH, because I already know it bores me.
After a while, everyone will fall into their own personal play pattern, and it will balance out. Some will strike it rich, some won't. Capitalism at work, I suppose.
