Another link, albeit fairly tenuous - but as you say, Hakkar is referred to as "the Faceless One" and drops the "Fang of the Faceless" ( http://www.wowhead.com/?item=19859 ) dagger. In WC3, when Arthas and Anub'arak were charging up to the Frozen Throne through Azjol'Nerub, they came up against an army of Cthulu-like creatures called "Faceless Ones" ( http://www.wowwiki.com/Faceless_one ) who were serving a tentacled master called the "Forgotten One" ( http://www.wowwiki.com/Forgotten_one ) who looks an awful lot like the only Old God we've seen in person... ( http://www.wowwiki.com/C%27thun )It would at least explain the nickname "the faceless one" or "the faceless god" since, as far as I've seen, Hakkar most definitely has a face. Ugly, but a face.
