Oceanic Alliance characters to get free PvE to PvP transfers

Step 1: transfer from your pve server to Nagrand, Aman'thul, or Khaz'goroth
Step 2: Take free transfer to Thaurissan
Step 3: transfer off Thaurissan to any other pvp server.

Am I totally wrong? is this doable?

There's a cooldown on transfers. I think 45 days. Maybe longer.

Cooldown is 90 days.
