I agree about the good article part, but I truly believe that most DPSers have no clue what it takes to tank or heal unless they've played one of those roles in Heroic/Kara or later. There's a reason that there's a shortage in the game, and that's because these two roles require a ton of responsibility that most people playing the game do not want.
If the tank dies, its the healer's fault.
If the healer dies, its the tank's fault.
If the DPS dies, its their own fault.
Tanking is a Responsibility.
Healing is a job.
DPS is a game.
DPS can get offended by the above statements, but there's a surprising amount of truth to them.
