Honestly, I think you're reading a bit too much into the new talents when you say that the emphasis is being taken off group buffs and moving more toward personal dps and 10-man raiding.I think for Shaman and for Spriests, adding *more* group buffs into the trees would mean having to nerf their damage (relative to 'pure dps class' damage) even more. So simply not adding new group buffs to the trees most likely would mean that Blizz is trying to *maintain* the current balance of group buffing with personal dps. For other classes/specs, such as Boomkins and DiscPriests, new group buffs are being added to give them more group utility than ever before.That said, some other changes do seem to indicate a small change in emphasis toward personal dps (like the fact that an enhance shaman's crit rating will affect shocks and melee both due to the new crit rating mechanics), but nothing of major significance that would indicate a large overall change in class roles as you seem to be suggesting. Good article though, and you may turn out to be right anyway when WotLK launches. =)
