This is never going to happen. I don't know why people can't accept that this was a special case scenario where a server had a 15-to-1 faction imbalance that free transfers hadn't fixed. To solve the problem, Blizzard has allowed transfers from select PvP servers for a limited time out of necessity.Leveling on a PvP server, despite what the author of the post says, IS more difficult and takes longer. If people could powerlevel on a PvE server with no hindrance from the opposing faction, they'd do that all the way to 70 then transfer to a PvP server. PvP servers would become empty sub-70.Again, NEVER GONNA HAPPEN.
