I switched to Cowtip after Tinytip temporarily broke a couple patched ago. Ended up that I prefer cowtip myself now, although tiptac does look pretty decent also.

I swapped from Cowtip to TipTac following this.
Both addons have the exact same functions except:
TipTac = easy to setup, looks awesome and shows buffs.
Cowtip = insanely hard to setup, looks crap and doesnt show buffs.

Cowtip can look great, it just takes a little work to set it up. It's pretty easy once you get the hang of DogTag's syntax and options. No option to show buffs isn't that big a deal (to me), since it's information that's provided by the various unit frames anyway.
