As stated above, the kits themselves are NOT BoP, but when used, the item it's used on becomes soulbound. All kits are still tradable, and can still be used by anyone at the right level. This just kills twink leg enchanting.

As for drums, again the statement is correct that you now get a debuff from drums that prevents you from getting a drum buff for two minutes (the cooldown of drums, very appropriately). One LW per group will now be all you can do.

Shame you obviously missed this when you did your research, but if you bothered to just have a single look at the wotlk.wikidot.com you'd know...

I see what you did there. You posted two paragraphs which were redundant in order to passingly insult the blogger at the end, referring to a web site which has been down since this morning and won't be back until Monday, if then. Nice one.
